Refund policy
At Lagoon Bloom, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain products, including personalized items, gift cards, and hygiene-related products, may not be eligible for return.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
